We expanded into Botswana, then Namibia — building a multi-country footprint across Southern Africa with the same simple belief: real conversations move real people.

Now we're launching in Mumbai — India's Silicon Valley — to bring the H2H model to one of the world's fastest-growing markets.

Kevin De Souza

Kevin De Souza is the founder and driving force behind Chain Reaction Consulting. What started as a single direct sales and marketing office in Johannesburg has, under his leadership, grown into a multi-country operation spanning South Africa, Botswana, Namibia — and now India.

A firm believer that real growth happens through real conversations, Kevin built the business on a Human-to-Human philosophy: brands win when their message is delivered face-to-face by people who genuinely care about the outcome. That conviction has shaped every campaign, every hire, and every market entry the company has made.

Beyond the numbers, Kevin is best known for the careers he has launched. Dozens of today's branch leaders, country managers and entrepreneurs across Southern Africa started as graduates on his program — a track record that defines what Chain Reaction is bringing to Mumbai.
